The Nisan name, logo and website content remain the property of the Company.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the service and to use it only for the purposes of the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you to the Company in the 6 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
