1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed through the Nisan website is CF SOLUTIONS OÜ, Veskiposti tn 2, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10138 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. You can reach us via the contact form.

2. What we collect

Contact messages: name, email, company name and the content of your message.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) kept for security and debugging.

We do not collect more than we need, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

To respond to your request — processing your message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering a contract).
To operate and secure the website — server logs and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
To comply with legal obligations — accounting and tax record-keeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Processors and transfers

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), our transactional email processor. Postmark processes the data solely to deliver the message and is bound by data processing terms including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. Our website is hosted with a European hosting provider.

5. Retention

Contact messages: as long as needed to handle the request, then archived per our accounting obligations where applicable.
Server logs: up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

To exercise any right, contact us — we respond within 30 days.
